She is easy to handle, stands well for the farrier, and has lived both in and out with blankets. While she can be a little expressive at times, Pancakes has always been well-mannered and safe. She gets along well with everyone and would be a great candidate for someone looking for a low-level project with a fun, forward-thinking mare.

Training
Pancakes would make a lovely partner for a lower-level home. She is a class act in a busy arena and has been introduced to x rails. She has lived happily both in and out with blankets and adapts well to different environments.
Health
Pancakes is vaccinated, dewormed, has her hooves regularly maintained, and has had a veterinary exam. She does have arthritis on her hind left hock, which has not affected her soundness.
